       How do I know my size?

All sizes are regular SA sizing. Please leave us a message if you need help with the sizing.

       What is the delivery process?
 MSH offers door to door courier service.
All garments are imported and designed just for you,

we work on a seven working day production line to get your order to you.

What is your returns policy?

 All clothing may be exchanged if the sizing is not spot on! You shall cover the cost of your exchanges. When choosing your garment, please pay attention to the size details. Our sales staff shall assist you to find your perfect garment!

SALE items and vintage cannot be returned or exchanged

How do I track my order?
You shall be given a tracking number the day your parcel leaves us to follow your parcels journey to you.

How can I contact your couriers? 
A web address shall be provided to contact the company and track the courier delivering your parcels.

Do we do exchanges?

Yes we certainly do! No refunds will be accepted but a shopping voucher or exchange is always welcome! Please note no garment will be accepted for exchange after a 1 week period from receiving it. Vouchers valid for 3 months.
