Returns and Exchanges
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on myscatteredheart.com for return or exchange. MSH merchandise purchased at independent boutiques must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy. We regret SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned.
If we receive your return at our warehouse within 7 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If it's received after 7 days, a MSH eGift Card will be issued. If you paid with a gift card or eGift card, a new eGift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and emailed to you accordingly. Please note: eGift and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once sending off your return please email email@example.com with your order number as the subject header. Tell us which items from your order you are returning and which items you shall be exchanging them for if so.
